Heart Centered Freedom was born from a shared commitment to healing, curiosity, and conscious living.
Through personal journeys of remembering, travel, community work, and deep inner reflection, we discovered a simple truth:
Healing does not require fixing yourself.
It requires returning to yourself.
We are here to create spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and safe enough to explore their own becoming.

For many years, I walked a path that was never mine, operated within dysfunctional and fear-based belief systems, and repeated countless patterns that were NOT authentic expressions of my true nature. I found myself asking the question, “why is this happening to me”. As if life was happening to me, not for me. I was always the victim.
That energy perpetuated itself within my nervous system. The results led to a variety of physical ailments, emotional disconnection, addiction, and coping mechanisms that masked the truth. My entire focus was on what was happening outside of me, not within me. Debilitating pain, disconnecting with loved ones, masking the truth, all were daily experiences. Feeling of unworthiness, not being good enough, never measuring up to the expectations of others. Feeling unseen, unheard, or undervalued was the norm.
The turning point came in the form of an awakening at one of my lowest points. Mental, physical and emotional break. Unexpected and undeniable. It dropped me to my knees.
And in that collapse, something beautiful happened in that moment of surrender. Something ancient stirred within me.
I heard the call to take the journey within. That’s when everything shifted. That’s when the truth was revealed and, just as importantly, felt. The recognition that separation is simply an illusion. The knowing that we are all things and nothing. Infinitely connected to a divine source of unconditional love.
Since that moment, I’ve walked a path of reclamation, unlearning and shedding what no longer serves me. Overcoming fear, doubt and the false narratives that were programmed, remembering the divine intelligence that exists within us all, and consciously choosing to serve others on their own journey home.

I am honored to serve you in a safe, sacred space. My passion is to guide you on the path to elevating your own consciousness, frequency and vibration.
Together we can walk this path to your highest divine light through Shamanic practices, medicine wheel, and intentionally designed offerings guided by spirit.
Throughout my life, I have been met with incredible challenges. Moments of my life where I have been completely shattered. Parts of me forgotten and a sub-conscious belief system that was not aligned with my true divine nature and purpose. Energy that was stuck, only revealing itself as physical or emotional pain.
This journey to remembering has empowered me to become the pre-dominant creative force in my life. To find and bring back healed parts of my soul that were lost, waiting to return. Through practicing of Shamanic energy medicine, Andean mystical wisdom, and learning from incredible guides, mentors, and teachers, I am remembered and called to share this incredible medicine with those who hear the call.
I studied and trained with Luminosity Healing Arts, receiving Level 2 certification. I have pilgrimaged to sacred temples around the planet, including the Sacred Valley of the Andes, Scotland, UK, Costa Rica and more. These pilgrimages have added depth to this sacred unfolding. It is a privilege to hold space for others in their journey to reveal the light within and rediscover their true essence.
